where to rent a beach house around seattle...

Hi we ve got a 3 week trip planned for august- flying into vancouver we are planning to spend 3 nights in Vancouver city, and a further 4 nights on vancouver island. We then want to bed in somewhere between vancouver and seattle, for a 2 week spot of really taking it easy, climbing, walking, eating well etc.

Last year we stayed in North Truro on capecod, so we are looking for a similar spot between Vancouver and seattle...

any suggestions?
