Does anyone here know Italian? This was posted on the Italian language forum.

“Sarò una giornata alla death valley, quali posti consigliate di vedere?”
With the help of my trusty on-line glossary, I think they are saying they plan to make a trip to Death Valley and want to know what we suggest they see.
Maybe someone can translate the following and post it on that forum (or post it here and I will take it over there). I’ll keep an eye on the thread in case they have any other questions, and bring them here for translation. Thanks, all!

What season are you coming? Are you traveling around the U.S., or to Las Vegas, other parts of California, or other national parks? No doubt you’re aware that it gets very hot in summer, up to 50-53ºC. Also, this is a large park (bigger than Lebanon and Luxembourg combined) and you would get more from your tour by planning to stay two days or more. One of the park lodgings would be the best choice to enjoy your visit, and you should reserve ahead because they are popular. Your choices are Furnace Creek Inn (October-May), Furnace Creek Ranch, Stove Pipe Wells Village, and Panamint Springs.
Most people from other countries are interested in the unique natural wonders Death Valley offers, including the lowest point in the Western Hemisphere, Badwater (86m below sea level). In various places in the park you can see spectacular rock formations, colors, unusual wildlife and plants, and historic sites like old mining camps and “ghost towns.” One of the favorite spots for European visitors is Zabriskie Point, part of the setting for the 1960s Michelangelo Antonioni movie. Yes, it was filmed mostly in Death Valley, with parts set in Los Angeles. Another favorite is Dante’s View, almost 1670m above sea level, where you look down on the vast salt flats on the Valley floor.
You can get more information at the park website. Some park information is available in multiple languages, and sometimes rangers or other employees are available who are bilingual.

If you have other questions, we hope you%26#39;ll be patient if it takes a little time to reply, because most of us on the California forums are English-speaking and we need to find people to help translate.

Tet was a great help when we had a French-language inquiry, so hopefully we can help out this person as well. TIA, everyone.
Need Italian language translation
Hi Frisco,
Most everyone speaks a little English. If you rewrite your post without such complicated sentence structures (imagine writing for a four-year-old) and post it in English, they will probably understand.
Kudos for your reaching-out to the non-English sites! If you need any help with French or German, just let me know.
Need Italian language translation
Sorry FR, can%26#39;t help you this time....ciao
Thanks, folks--when I get a minute, I%26#39;ll take sf-b%26#39;s suggestion and write up a simple English reply and post it on the Italian forum.
Poster said they only had one day in DV, what should they see?
Have you tried the free translation sites?

The translation at tralsted.net looks pretty accurate ...

se avete altre domande, speriamo che siate pazienti se occorre poco tempo rispondere, perché la maggior parte di noi sulle tribune della California sono anglofoni e dobbiamo trovare la gente per contribuire a tradurre. ';
Hey, thanks a bundle, phaminator!
IOU a favor of some kind! :)
Pham, I could not find a website called Tralsted.net
That%26#39;s because I%26#39;ve a fat finger ... it%26#39;s translated.net
You can only translate 250 word or less for free so I pared down FR%26#39;s post a bit.
