where to stay

I am trying to set up a weekend for myself, my husband, my mom and my in laws in their late 60%26#39;s. We want to be close to little shops to walk to in the afternoons. Also would like to take evening walks in a vineyard if possible or walk along the river. Want to spend about 300.00 a night. I looked at the Napa Valley Marriott but had some bad reviews also the meritage looked nice. Maybe the Embassy suites? Can anyone offer a suggestion?

So when you say $300 per night do you mean $300 per night for all 5 of you? Are you looking for a group of rooms?

Hi,

I work for Marriott but in another city..I chose to stay at the Yountville Inn in Yountville with my family and was not disappointed..I think you would really like it and it is in a nice small city. I did stay in Napa at a B and B but enjoyed Yountville more. Good luck and check it out!

The YOuntville Inn is a great suggestion, we have stayed here twice. You can walk to the restaurants from here and Domaine Chandon is across the street. You may want to see if the Villagio Inn %26amp; Spa is available, a very nice property in the same vacinity as the Yountville Inn. You can walk to Ad Hoc, REDD, Bistro Jeanty, some of the finest restaurants in the area. Have fun and welcome! :)
